Pokemon GO

Niantic has been teasing a big update for their popular mobile game Pokémon GO for a couple weeks, and now that the day has come, most players can’t help but feel disappointed.

Players were expecting to wake up yesterday with 100 new generation 2 Pokémon, but what they got was no new Pokémon to be caught in the wild, and a select few generation 2 Pokémon available to hatch, by walking a certain distance.

So now you probably fall under two categories; you are either disappointed, but ready to walk the many miles to get the new pocket monsters, or you’re saddened by the fact that Niantic over-promised and under-delivered. So either way, here are a few strains to get you out and lift your spirits while you try to hatch your first Pichu in Pokémon GO.

Super Lemon Haze – A sativa dominated hybrid that will put some pep in your step as you traverse all over town hoping for a new Pokémon.

Green Crack – This great hybrid is perfect for people who experience negative side effects while consuming a pure sativa or indica. It is perfect for helping with any anxiety you might have over catching that Holiday Hat wearing Pikachu.

Sour Diesel – A popular strain that has been known to uplift people’s spirits while infusing you with energy. It’s a perfect companion if you are afraid you won’t be able to complete your hunt for the elusive Togepi.

Harlequin – The ideal strain to get your blood pumping. This strain also provides pain relief in addition to a great energy boost. A great combination if you live in an area affected by weather that might stop you from actively going out into the world.

Great White Shark – A true mystery of cannabis, Great White Shark is a sativa that has the indica-esque effect of a nice body buzz. It helps sore muscles and joints loosen up in the cold weather, and it gives you the needed kick in the butt to get you out and active.
