Cannabis-Infused French Fries
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes
Peanut or vegetable oil, pre-infused with cannabis strain of choice
Coarse or kosher salt
Seasoning as desired
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan until it reaches 365 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Peel potatoes, then cut them into small slices (1/4-3/8 inches thick). Place in a bowl of ice water until ready to fry.
- When its fry time, remove slices from water and pat with paper towels until dry.
- Place small amounts of potato slices into the heated oil, about 7 to 9 minutes or until they begin to turn golden.
- Strain oil from fries, and place on a plate covered with a paper towel to continue to absorb excess oil.
- Season with salt, or other ingredients. Serve immediately.
