Or you might have just seen a few shows at Red Rocks and stumbled out to find her sublime confections. Now she’s busy rocking out in a licensed kitchen with her classic cheesecakes, chocolates and, to our surprise, an apple crisp we picked up at Denver’s Groundswell. Twirling Hippy Confections are all about the love, and you can tell as you slide the frozen, ready-to-bake tin into the oven. With all natural ingredients, including organic apples, and no preservatives, this definitely helps with the shelf life. The mark of an experienced baker is getting more from less, making the simple divine. Eating the crisp felt good for us but tasted oh-so-good for something gluten-free and vegan, as the cane sugar is used sparingly and natural sweetness is drawn out of the apples. Cinnamon and spices are used deftly to mask the definite potency of the 275mg cannabis-infused coconut oil. While the recommended dosage says 2-8, lean towards the latter. Trust us.
