Though it can’t be proven, there is a strong probability that fart jokes are one of the oldest bits of humor in human culture. So it comes as no surprise that someone would make a film which utilizes farts and fart humor in an absolutely profound way. Enter Swiss Army Man, a film which tells an entertaining story of survival revolving around borderline suicidal Hank and the extremely flatulent washed up corpse of Manny. Written and directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, this film takes the risk that the audience might not take it seriously, but pays off big when they do.
