U.S. Coast Guard intercepts two dozen bales of cannabis after high-speed chase on the ocean. In a display of what seems like an action scene filmed in Miami Vice,
the U.S. Coast Guard gave chase, 90 miles southwest of San Diego, to
apprehend two suspects suspected of smuggling more than 31 dozen bales
of cannabis.
