Medical Cannabis Bike Tour 2015 Another Success; Team Raises Over $100,000 Towards Cannabis Research

[dropcap class=”kp-dropcap”]T[/dropcap]his year’s Medical Cannabis Bike Tour was another success for the organization, as the team brought in upwards of $100,000 towards medical cannabis research. Beginning in 2012, the three day ride–which takes the team through Holland, Germany and Belgium, eventually arriving at the finish line in Amsterdam–is an annual event focused on raising funds for independent clinical cancer research utilizing cannabinoids, conducted by a team of Madrid-based scientists.

This year was the biggest sponsored bike ride in the non-profit organization’s history, with a total of 80 riders and volunteers taking part in the 260 mile journey. You can watch the entire ride on the team’s Youtube channel.
