The Mac and Cheese from Green Life Medical Center in Colorado Springs is a brilliant idea, allowing you to tack it on to any meal as a powerful side dish. Using bowtie (or farfalle in Italian) pasta, a little seasoning and a healthy hunk of cheese, this is an easy to reheat option for patients who aren’t trying to be Emeril in the kitchen. Make sure to label it well, however, as there is almost no ganja flavor to the dish. A hard feat to pull off with strength like this, which gives a solid body buzz with a negligible head high. Plus, it’s always great to see what went into the marijuana, not the food, on the packaging.
