If you’re looking for one of the most unique edibles on the market, take a bite out of the Lemon Fuzzy from Caviar Edibles, which we found at Gaia Plant-Based Medicine in Denver. It’s stunning in the package, with a layer of graham cracker crust topped with lemon custard, then finished with swirls of icing and meringue. The combination of textures, as well as mitigated sweetness, makes this feel more like a refined dessert than the average edible. Listed at 200mg, we felt this must have been more sativa-dominant, as the buzz was very present but didn’t dominate our day. Instead, we felt light and talkative, energetic and—most importantly—hungry for more. One bite is all it takes to work up a serious appetite for those struggling to keep meals down.
