1 cup whole bulgur wheat
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 ½ cups boiling water
½ cup shelled hemp seeds
¼ cup lemon juice
*2 tablespoons cannabis olive oil
2 tablespoons hemp oil
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
4 green onions, chopped
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
Dash of garlic powder
In a large bowl, mix bulgur wheat and salt. Pour water over wheat, mix, cover and let set for a half-hour. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve.
