12 ounces cooked penne pasta
8 ounces diced cooked ham
8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 tablespoons marijuana butter*
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs
½ cup diced onions
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the marijuana butter over very low heat while slowly whisking in flour. Slowly add milk while whisking constantly. Bring to just below a boil, and remove from heat. Add the spices. Stir in grated cheese. As the cheese melts, slow stir in the cream. Stir in the ham and onions. Pour into greased baking dish, and sprinkle the bread crumbs on top. Bake for 23-25 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
