Fans of the Los Angeles Dodgers are freaking out, for their team is finally returning to the World Series for the first time since 1988. Since we have a CULTURE office based in Southern California, our staff is equally ecstatic about this rare occasion (except for one disappointed Giants fan) as the team faces off with the Houston Astros. Most fans aren’t lucky enough to have snagged tickets to the World Series—because they cost up to $1,000 for a single ticket—but we all know you’ll be watching at home. If Super Bowl parties are a thing, so is the World Series. Prep a viewing party for just yourself or a group of friends, and infuse some food to keep you relaxed while the Los Angeles Dodgers and Houston Astros battle for the win!
DODGER DOG
Well known for its massive length, these hot dogs are both filling and delicious. Last year Dodger Stadium sold over five million hot dogs. Sources say that the Dodger Dog was created by Thomas G. Arthur, who came up with the idea in 1958 when the team first moved to L.A. from Brooklyn, New York.

10-inch soft white hot dog buns
1 tablespoon cannabutter
Other cannabis-infused condiments, if desired

- Heat up cannabutter in a small saucepan, and dress the hot dog as it cooks.
- Once hot dog has expanded (before it begins to split) remove from grill, place on a bun, and serve immediately!

ELOTE
Another staple in Dodger Stadium is the Elote—an authentic, street-style corn on the cob on-a-stick that will blow your mind.

Parmesan cheese
Chili-lime seasoning
Instructions
- When the corn is still hot, brush with cannabutter.

TEXAS SIZED CHOPPED BBQ BAKED POTATOES
The Astros deserve a little attention too. This ballpark staple features one thing that Texas is most known for—barbecue. This unique dish is exactly how you might picture it, fully loaded with barbecue pulled pork and topped with cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, chopped onions and a few chopped green onions to make you feel healthier.
Ingredients
(Makes four baked potatoes)
Massive Russet potatoes—the bigger, the better
Cannabis-infused olive oil
Sea salt
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk
Bacon, cooked and chopped
Pulled pork (either grill your own pork butt, or buy it precooked at the grocery store)
Barbecue sauce
Cheddar cheese
2-3 Jalapenos, chopped
Scallions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash and dry your potatoes. Using a fork, stab the potato repeatedly around all sides.
- Pour infused olive oil onto potatoes, and massage into the skin.
- Cover with sea salt.
- Place on a baking sheet and baked until done (about 20 minutes).
- Once finished, let cool for a few minutes. Cut in halves, long way, then scoop out all of the potato innards and place in a separate bowl.
- In that bowl, mix potato with butter, sour cream, and salt and pepper together.
- Once well combined, add milk and mix again, followed by bacon.
- Scoop potato mixture back into potatoes, enough to almost fill it.
- Top with pulled pork and pour your favorite barbecue sauce over the meat. Follow up with cheddar cheese and jalapenos.
- Put back in the oven until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle sour cream and dress with scallions.
