At 300 pages, Too High to Fail goes in-depth about how marijuana could revitalize the economy and how it could change everything. While this sounds like every conversation we’ve ever had with everyone else, Too High to Fail researches the history of the plant, the success of legal medical marijuana and all the potential impacts the crop could have on America.
