The federal legalization of hemp will make it even easier to add the heart-healthy protein option to your diet. Hemp is a heart-healthy addition to any diet, enriching recipes with vitamins, fatty acids, antioxidants and protein. Hemp food products made from the seeds are also a complete protein, including all 20 amino acids used in the body. There are many ways to incorporate hemp through diet and skincare that will leave you feeling radiant, energetic and satisfied.

One of the easiest ways to add hemp to your diet is to eat hemp seeds. Three tablespoons of hemp have about 10 grams of protein.
