Check out White Rhino and you’ll see a thicket of red hairs combined with a frosty-looking dark-green flower. The buds break up easily into a fine, almost fluorescent green and gold shake that smokes cleanly and evenly. When you break up the flowers, you’ll pick up on a very Diesel- and skunk-like smell. Taste-wise, White Rhino, which we picked up from Broadmoor Wellness Center in Colorado Springs, is dominated by a hash-like flavor partnered with that savory Diesel aftertaste and smooth exhale. This is a fast-acting, indica-dominant hybrid that will relax and sedate your entire mind and body—prepare for “couch lock,” folks. White Rhino’s euphoric effects make it just the thing to deal with mood ailments, and its sedative qualities are very strong (lasting about an hour and a half before having to medicate again). Not recommended for daytime medicating or when you’re trying to accomplish something—it will incapacitate you. But it’s fantastic medicine for severe pain and muscle relief and an excellent aid for sleep and depression.
