¼ cup fresh rosemary leaves
¼ fresh parsley leaves
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
4 fresh sage leaves
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons freshly cracked black pepper
*½ cup cannabis olive oil
Finely chop the herbs and garlic together. Transfer to a bow, then stir in the salt, pepper and oil. Makes 1 ½ cups. This rub may be spread on steak or pork chops with a spatula, or spread under the skin of chicken. (Makes 1 ½ cups)
