Three years since the release of its debut EP, Denver rockers that make up The Hollow have returned with a five song follow-up entitled Contact. Built around big rhythms, powerful riffs and a huge-sounding production, the new EP shows the quartet at its tightest and with a sound so massive it could fill stadiums. Managing to sound epic while never indulgent, the band balances spaciness and earthiness, never drifting too far out nor staying too close to comfortable, well-worn territory.
