In YouTube:
Click the share button and click Embed, then click Show More. In Size, choose custom and enter 300 – it will do the math for the height for you. Copy the embed code.
In Your Article:
In your article, click the button that looks like < > and paste in your code where you want the video to show. I recommend adding it at the bottom, clicking < > again to return to edit more, and cut/paste the video to the preferred spot if you’re uncomfortable with code. Click next to (not on) the video and click the Align Center button to center the video in the page.
