Daylight Savings TimeIt’s that time of year again. The time when we rejoice (not when we complain) about the time changing. Because of course, it’s the time of year when we gain an hour. Technically this marks the “end” of Daylight Savings Time (DST) until spring. With this conclusion to DST, that means a whole extra 60 minutes of sleep, another TV show episode to binge watch, or in CULTURE’s case—more time to enjoy some cannabis!

Can’t decide on how to spend your extra hour on November 5? We have you covered.

THE INSOMNIACS

For those who have trouble sleeping, you could wait until 2 a.m. watching your cell phone switch from 1:59 a.m. to . . . 1 a.m. Celebrate that awesome moment of time expansion, and then smoke or consume some cannabis that will help you get back to sleep.

THE EARLY BIRDS

It’s Sunday morning—what do you do? Give a double-take glance at your clock and realize that there’s nothing more perfect than breakfast and cannabis in bed. Put off the weekend chores for an hour, make some delicious pancakes, and smoke a sativa worthy of this moment.

THE BINGE WATCHERS

Netflix alone has many Original Series now, such as Disjointed. With this extra hour, start up a new show (We hear Stranger Things Season 2 is epic), or continue watching an old favorite like Breaking Bad.

THE OBSESSIVES

Some people like to think about the Daylight Savings Time change for days, hours and even weeks, telling themselves, “If this were still last week, it would still be (insert time here) o’clock.” To those people, we implore you to live in the moment. Whenever you think of life before the recent time change, just smoke a bowl or chew on a medicated gummy, and accept that your state participates in this weird, bi-annual ritual—except Arizona and Hawaii.

THE CANNABIS CONSUMERS

If you’re reading this, you’re probably already a seasoned veteran in the cannabis world. Whether or not you have an extra hour to spare, there is always time to consume! Do what you do best.
