outset, Star
Leaf seems like it’s
going to be something of a creepy horror movie about a trio in search of a
protected cannabis strain from outer space and some extra-terrestrials who
don’t take so kindly to the intrusion. However, Star Leaf portrays a dramatic struggle for survival and
self-preservation that is both unexpected and brilliantly executed. (Simon
