Spring Cleaning for Canna-thusiasts

Published

on

When the sun starts shining and the birds start singing, nothing feels as good as cleaning those nasty smoking pieces and areas that get sticky and gross all year long. Here are a few tried-and-true tips for spring cleaning your cannabis pieces and smoking areas.

DIY-Clean Your Pieces

If you’re looking to get gunk and resin out of your bong, bubbler or bowl, you don’t need to spend a fortune on a bunch of different products. Just use the tried-and-true salt and rubbing alcohol method, preferably 90 percent or higher isopropyl alcohol.

Simply fill a bag with rubbing alcohol and salt, and let your mouth pieces or small pieces soak in it. You can pour the solution into longer pieces; let it sit inside, and then slosh it around to get out all the gunk. A stoner’s arsenal is not complete without rubbing alcohol and salt at all times!

Clean Up Your Cannabis Space

If you tend to toke in the same spot all the time, you probably have a really chill set-up and some cool memories, but I’m also willing to bet you have a bit of an odor and residue problem. But have no fear! If you’re having a hard time getting your surfaces wiped down with a regular cleaner, a 9D9 solution could be just what you need to get up the grit.

And don’t forget to clean the area around the surfaces, as well. Hit carpet or flooring, and make sure to tend to your air quality, as well. An air scrubber will help with any cannabis residue, and changing your filter before popping on the AC unit for the summer is also a good call.

Get High and Clean Everything Else!

You know what to do! Once your pieces and smoking spaces have been tended to, enjoy the cleanest hit you’ve had all year, and then get to work! This is a great time to tackle throwing out old clothes, yard work, and a deep clean of the bathroom or kitchen. And it’s more fun with the help of Mary Jane! Just remember to always consume responsibly.
