[dropcap class=”kp-dropcap”]W[/dropcap]ell-known hip-hop artist Kurupt announced on April 15 that his company Gotti’s Gold will be establishing an exclusive licensing agreement with Alternative Medicine Association LC (AMA) and cultivator 1933 Industries Inc.

Gotti’s Gold is Las Vegas, Nevada-based company that is set to debut at the NuWu Cannabis Marketplace. Products are said to include flower strains, pre-rolls, waxes, shatter and a variety of both THC- and CBD-based cartridges. Additionally, the artist is also bringing attention to his “Gold Nuggets,” which are a “infused flower covered in kief.” Kurupt is said to be the creator of Moonrocks, which inspired the Gold Nuggets product. All of these, alongside many more cannabis products, will be available on April 20 during a large 420 event.

“The decision to launch a new line was my way of letting people know where the original came from,” Kurupt said of his new products. “Just like my music, I have expanded my product line to appeal to all consumers. When adult-users try Gotti’s Gold products, they will notice quality above all else. The partnership with the company opens endless opportunities for us in the USA and internationally as 1933 expands their future operations.”

This isn’t Kurupt’s first rodeo—he previously teamed up with AMA in the past to launch “The Real Kurupt’s Moonrocks” in 2017. His past success led to this newest venture. “We’ve teamed-up once again with the legendary Kurupt and we are proud to continue to build on our relationship with the launch of Gotti’s Gold in the active Las Vegas market,” said Joe Bleackley, Chief Operating Officer of 1933 Industries Inc. “AMA has delivered consistent product quality and we are honored that Kurupt has selected AMA as a partner for his new line of premium products.” 1933 Industries also recently partnered with Tony Hawk to establish his own line of cannabis products as well.

Kurupt is one of the first rappers to be signed to Death Row Records, which also supports musicians such as Daz Dillinger, Lady of Rage, Snoop Dogg and Nate Dogg.
