1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped garlic 

2 tablespoons chopped shallots

2 tablespoons chopped ginger

3 Roma tomatoes

1/3 cup Cannabis-Infused Olive Oil*

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup sesame oil

5 basil leaves

Salt and pepper

 

Set aside the mixed greens and mix all remaining ingredients: soy sauce, balsamic,

lemon juice, garlic, shallots, ginger and all oils (medicated as well). To prepare the tomatoes, bring a small pot of water to a boil, cut the core of each tomato, make an X in the bottom and blanch until the skin looks as if it is ripped. Drain tomatoes and sit them in a bowl of ice and water until cool. Peel the skin and remove seeds, and then dice the tomatoes into small pieces. Next, slice the basil leaves into long thin strips and let the tomatoes and basil marinate in the salad dressing for 2-3 hours before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss in mixed greens.
