Mashed Potatoes

Serve hot with Dizzy Bird Gravy.

 

2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks

1/3 cup milk

3 tablespoon Canna Butter*

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Boil potatoes until tender

Serve hot with Dizzy Bird Gravy.

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Boil potatoes until tender. In a small pan heat the milk and Canna Butter. Mash the potatoes, add the Canna Butter/milk slowly until the mixture is fluffy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
