In fact, it’s more of a month that focuses on seasonal ingredients returning with the warmer weather, which are used for healthier “light” meals. Now that the month’s only staple holiday, St. Patrick’s Day, is long gone for another year, there aren’t as many themes to play around with. However, we here at CULTURE would argue that every month is the right month to make sweet desserts. In previous March issues, we focused on a lot of side dishes and entrees, but here are the three desserts that made the cut.

White Chocolate Bark with Dried Cherries and Granola: Where sweet meets semi-healthy. This tasty bark recipe offers the best of both worlds! The satisfying sweetness of white chocolate with the more healthy additions of dried cherries and granola pieces.

Snickerdoodle with Chocolate Drizzle: Girl Scout Cookie season is over, so now it’s time to get your own cookie fix at home. These delightful little cinnamon sugar beauties are made even more scrumptious with a drizzle of your favorite chocolate.

Chocolate Chess Pie: Normal chocolate pie is mediocre compared to the balanced yin and yang of a chocolate chess pie. It’s still chocolatey beyond belief, but it’s texture will remind you more of a gooey brownie. Add a dollop of whipped cream and you’re good to go!
