If you like MMA, UFC, Fear Factor, aliens and marijuana, and you think Carlos Mencia is a fake, liar and joke-stealer, well, my friend, you might as well pitch a tent and hole up in front of Comedy Works this month because Joe Rogan is coming to town and he may just be your soul mate. The comedian known for his outbursts of rage and shit-talking comedy, has been outspoken on a number of subjects, but, politically, Rogan has always been a big supporter of marijuana legalization (and even graced the cover of CULTURE). In that interview Rogan half-joked, “. . . when I was younger, I had the wrong idea about pot. I had this misconception that pot made you stupid and lazy. But it turns out that those people were just stupid and lazy. Pot won’t enlighten you if you are lazy.” Don’t be lazy, head out to Denver and get your Rogan fix!
