The sativa-dominant strain Headband has always been one of
my favorite hybrids and it is currently being offered to medical cannabis
patients at P.B. 50 in Pacific Beach. The Headband they are providing is a
really solid strain. This Sour Diesel crossed with OG Kush and Master Kush is a
40 percent indica hybrid 60 percent sativa dominant hybrid. Even with the Kush-heavy
parental strains, the effects of this strain are more cerebral than anything.
This strain has a very earthy and pungent smell to the flowers, with obvious
diesel tones to it as well. With this strain you can almost feel your head
being wrapped in a headband of a calm and soothing feeling. This makes Headband
an excellent strain to have for relieving anxiety and managing stress. Cruise
