Chocolate Chip Cookies

(Here’s a classic variation of the popular Toll-House cookie recipe)
2 ¼ cups flour
1 ¾ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
*1 cup marijuana butter
1 cup chopped walnuts and/or pecans
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt the marijuana butter in a saucepan over low heat (do not allow to burn). In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a larger bowl, beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs and beat well. Gradually beat in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Using a tablespoon, scoop dollops of the mixture onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
