Canna-Cheese Balls

*½ cup marijuana butter
1 cup all-purpose flour, whole wheat or regular
1 cup aged cheddar, shredded
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 large egg yolk
1 large egg white, beaten
Toasted sesame or hemp seeds
Kosher salt to taste (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put beaten egg whites in a small bowl and sesame seeds on a small dish, and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix flour and butter thoroughly. Add cheese, curry powder and salt, mix. Stir in egg yolk. Roll into balls, each with about 2 teaspoons of the mixture. Dip tops of balls into egg whites, then in sesame dish (to coat tops with seeds), and then place in rows on an ungreased, foil-lined or nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes about 30 balls.
