Canna-Brief Jerky

on

Infused edible meat undies for men are pretty strange and hard to come by, but we figured out how to D.I.Y. them, and infuse them with cannabis for a little extra fun! Made from scratch with ground beef, and delicious and custom meat seasonings, these jerky briefs are perfect for a fun night in with your lover, and every part of them can be eaten off!

Ingredients

2 lbs Ground Beef

3 Original Slim Jims

3/4 cup Soy Sauce

½ teaspoon of cannabis tincture

2 tbsp Hot Sauce

1 tsp. liquid smoke

Seasoning – red pepper flakes, celery salt, onion powder, salt, pepper (customize to your taste)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Tools

Dehydrator/Oven

Rolling Pin

Parchment Paper

X-acto knife

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with your favorite seasonings, the soy sauce, tincture, hot sauce and liquid smoke. Mix thoroughly with hands, until all is combined.

Take a chunk of the seasoned beef, and roll into a ball, about the size of a tennis ball. Place the ball on a piece of parchment paper and top it with another piece of parchment. use your hands to flatten the ball down a bit, then roll the ground beef out flat, to ¼” thick. Using a knife, cut out a rectangle that is roughly 8×5” and set aside. You will need 5 of these rectangles, so repeat steps until all 5 are complete. You can refrigerate the rectangles until you are ready to bake/dehydrate.

If you are using a dehydrator, set your dehydrator to 165 and place meat on mat and dehydrate for 12 hours. If you are using an oven, preheat oven to 170°F, coat a baking sheet with olive oil, and place the meat on baking sheet, and pop into oven. Put in the oven for 8-12 hours or until hardened. It is a good idea to flip once, but not necessary. You can stick this in at night and it would be ready to flip in the morning and done a few hours later.

For the underwear pattern, measure your waist size with a tape measure, divide that number by 4 and that is the top length of the pattern.  Next, measure your crotch length by holding the measuring tape at the center back of your waist and running the tape between your legs up to your waist in front.  Take this number and divide by 2, then subtract 2.5″. This is the length of the center seam.  I have you subtract 2.5″ because the crotch piece is 5″ long and can be used for all sizes. Cut your pattern pieces out of paper first, then follow the pattern to cut out the meat pieces.  Use an X-acto knife or a really sharp knife to cut out the pieces.  The best looking brief jerky has really straight edges. Next cut out three holes that you will use to lace the underwear up.

For the laces, use an X-acto to slice your Slim Jims down the middle into halves, and then slice those halves in half, so you have ¼ thickness Slim Jim laces. You want to keep the length, but diminish the thickness.

To assemble, start by lacing up the front panels and the back panels to have center seams holding them together. Then, attach the crotch piece to the front and back pieces of the underwear with Slim Jim laced seams as well.  Enjoy!
