What’s the story behind the name of your collective?

Our founders are originally from Amsterdam. They moved to California in the ‘60s and noticed differences between the marijuana that was being produced in Holland vs. California. With their biological science backgrounds, they strived to cultivate the “best” and most exotic strains not available at the time. That tradition is still alive today.

What does your collective offer patients that they can’t find anywhere else?

Our standard for excellence is truly in a league of its own. Before anything is offered to our patients, it has gone through a rigorous process to make sure what we are offering is the highest quality, yet at affordable prices.

We are the number one producer of pure Rick Simpson Oil in the state of California. This unique product has been lab tested and has proven to be an effective treatment for cancer(s). We have hundreds of empirical reports following our patients who have seen significant improvements, many times eradicating their cancers completely.

Another thing that makes us unique is our staff’s profound backgrounds. We have in-house professionals including doctors, pharmacist and attorneys, as well as seasoned cultivators and connoisseurs who know everything about the plant to a science.  We share a common passion for helping others and believe one of the ways we can do that is through medicinal marijuana.

What are the biggest challenges you face in this industry as an collective? . . .  Biggest joys?

More recently, congress ending the war on medical marijuana is a big one. There are still many challenges ahead, but at least our tax dollars won’t be wasted on prosecuting in what has always been a civil right.

What is the most important thing you hope to accomplish while in the MJ/MMJ community?

We just want to leave behind a positive legacy while helping as many people as we can along the way.
