How and when did your dispensary start up?

In the spring of 2013, the five of us embarked on a journey to allow patients to ascertain medicine in a safe, friendly and affordable environment.

What’s the story behind the name of your dispensary?

Cannabis has been ingrained in the culture of America since the beginning.  Some of the great minds that helped shape this country smoked cannabis and utilized it for other means.  

What are the biggest challenges you face in this industry as an dispensary?

 . . .  Biggest joys?

We are always concerned about taxes.  The confusion regarding 280E has really overwhelmed our accounting and needs to be streamlined to make life easier on dispensary owners.  Our biggest joy is knowing that we are helping thousands of people get medicine legally.  For example, we have a veteran who recently switched to cannabis over “big pharma” and we have helped him avoid all of those expensive and harmful medicines.  

What does your dispensary offer patients that they can’t find anywhere else?
