Ingredients

Pie Crust

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Filling

3 large eggs, separated

1 large egg, lightly beaten

1 can sweetened condensed milk (14-ounces)

1/2 cup fresh lime juice (from key limes if possible)

1/2 teaspoon finely grated lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

  7. Once combined, pour the filling into the prepared crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Garnish with lime zest.
