With only a two-year break between records, Seattle’s own Tacocat has returned with yet another awesome record of topical pop-punk glory in the form of their new album, Lost Time. In addition to this growth in sound, the production style on the record is a bit more modern and polished than previous releases, but it’s lyrical wit, playfulness, humor and intelligence remains just as sharp as it’s ever been. Lost Time sees Tacocat working hard to drive their music into new areas, all the while refining and perfecting the qualities which have made them so endearing over the last few years.
