How and when did your access point start up?

When I was in the middle of remodeling, patients asked if I was going to open a collective. Immediately, I had an almost intuitive response. “Yes!” That is exactly what an area like this is in need of.

What’s the story behind the name of your access point?

As a kid, the “puff dragon” was a special icon for the both of us. We decided to go with that as our family logo.

What does your access point offer patients that they can’t find anywhere else?

We offer a unique experience that provides a private, personal and welcoming atmosphere where we strive to not only be a productive part of your holistic healing, but we also offer and spread love to any and all who come through our doors.

How has the cannabis industry changed since you have been in the business?

The industry has become way too constrictive. It is imperative that we get back to the basics. What really matters in any of this is honest patient care.

What are the biggest challenges you face in this industry as an access point?  . . . Biggest joys?

The biggest challenge I see is in the municipalities and how the state’s selective process has become unfair. Our biggest joy is being able to extend that loving family aspect in our process of providing patient care to our community and hope that we are able to continue doing so.

What is one thing you want patients to know about your access point?

We will always greet you with a smile on our face and we pride ourselves on our friendly customer service. If we are unable to meet the needs of anyone at any point, we will take it upon ourselves to get you started in the right direction. We expect you to leave satisfied.

If someone wanted to open a access point and get their feet wet in the industry, what advice or counsel would you give them?

It is imperative that prior to any venture, you should always seek professional guidance at every level.

What is the most important thing you hope to accomplish while in the MJ/MMJ community?

That is such a big question because we intend to accomplish so much here as a whole, but at the end of the day we hope to provide a medical access point that anyone from any background will feel comfortable coming to.
