8 cups slightly stale bread, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup melted butter
½ cup coarsely chopped cannabis bud (SAGE strains work best)
2 tablespoons red wine
Black pepper to taste
In a large saucepan, sauté the celery and onions in butter. Pour in broth, cannabis, red wine and pepper. Bring to a boil. Pour over bread pieces and stir until thoroughly heated. Keep warm to serve as a side dish, or use to stuff your bird.
