Chastity Belt

Hardly Art

After a few months of hiatus and a few more months of writing and recording, Seattle, Washington’s Chastity Belt has arrived with yet another outstanding album of lush, dreamy, alternative rock. The new self-titled release captures the quartet continuing tighten, refine, and hone the psychedelic rock meets 1990s grunge that it first began unveiling seven years ago and has been working to perfect ever since. While the band isn’t overtly pushing its boundaries, it’s easy to hear just how at ease with one another the band is becoming; something that only comes from years of playing with and truly listening to each other.
