Looking like an all-natural snack food or something you can buy at a Sunflower Market, the Buddha Bar (we sampled the Macadamia Coconut flavor) is made with fresh and delicious raw almond butter, macadamia nuts, raw honey, granola and coconut. Each bar is made with 2 grams of quality ground-up flowers (instead of other concentrates like bubble hash or hash oils where dosing is slightly more difficult). Unfortunately, the bar is kind of a mess. You have to make sure to keep it wrapped while you’re eating it or you run the risk of smearing it everywhere. I’m sure that’s what happens when your base is almond butter. While an 1/8 of a bar is the recommended starting dose, we consumed ¼ of it. About three hours later, a cerebral high suddenly rushed in, relieving aches and pains throughout the body later on as it evens out into a relaxed, synergistic sensation.
