Cannabis Career Fair
The cannabis industry is easily one of the nation’s fastest growing career fields. Supported by the Vangst Talent Network, over 50 cannabis companies are looking to fill numerous positions for a variety of skill levels, from executive to entry level. Over 3,000 attendees are expected to be there. USGBC Colorado: Cannabis Industry and Sustainability Panel
Between lighting, ventilation and heating, the cannabis industry is one of the most energy-intensive industries. Indoor growing may seem harmless, but the actual output of greenhouse gas emissions is millions of metric tons annually. Learn all there is to know about what sustainability means for the cannabis industry. The panel will cover current sustainability initiatives, complete with a panel discussion and audience Q&A, plus additional networking opportunities. This event is sponsored by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), a nonprofit organization focused on sustainability in “building design, construction and operation.” The sustainable building sector often crosses paths with the cannabis community, which is why the time is right for a discussion panel on both topics.
